Paulina Hazen

Paulina Hazen is a founder of GenSphere Private Wealth, where she plays a central role in shaping a highly personalized, relationship-driven experience for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. She works closely with clients to ensure every interaction with the firm feels thoughtful, seamless, and tailored, from onboarding and ongoing service, to coordination with external advisors and specialists. Paulina is deeply involved in understanding each client’s goals, values, and expectations, allowing GenSphere to deliver a concierge-level wealth management experience.

Before GenSphere, Paulina spent several years at D.A. Davidson as a Senior Planning Coordinator within the wealth planning group, supporting complex client relationships and the firm’s Private Wealth Program. Prior to that she was involved in Business Planning and Support at Silicon Valley Bank and spent many years at the Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, Montana. She has served as a key point of connection between clients, advisors, and external teams, helping translate sophisticated requests into clear, actionable outcomes. She is known for her ability to anticipate client needs, facilitate collaboration across disciplines, and elevate the overall client journey through careful coordination and communication.

She brings a warm, attentive, and highly organized approach to client service, ensuring that no detail is overlooked and no opportunity for connection is missed. Her focus on intentional experiences, proactive communication, and long-term relationships reflects GenSphere’s commitment to delivering a human first approach that is as personal as it is strategic.

Paulina is a native Washingtonian who grew up in idyllic Gig Harbor. She studied and lived over in the United Kingdom and has called Alaska, Idaho, and Montana home. She is a proud dog mom who currently has two fur children, a Golden Retriever, Glory and a Black Labrador, Honor.

When she isn’t taking the dogs on adventures you can find her enjoying travel, perfecting her latest recipe obsession, reading all manner of books, and likely taking on some new home improvement project that has her known by name at the local Home Depot. She is also very passionate about regenerative agriculture, health, and non-toxic living.
